On March 23, Jellyfish Entertainment released the following announcement on their social media accounts.Earlier on March 19, a media outlet reported that KimSeJeong signed an exclusive contract with BHEntertainment. The agency has yet to confirm the report . Kim Se Jeong, who first entered the spotlight as a Jellyfish Entertainment trainee on the Mnet audition show “Produce 101” in 2016, made her debut as a member of the project group 1.0.1 that same year. She later went on to debut as a member of the girl group gugudan before eventually pursuing a solo career and has, in recent years, been focusing more on acting.
WHO IS KIM SEJEONG ?
Kim Sejeong is a South Korean singer, actress, and television personality. She’s a solo K-pop artist and former member of the girl groups I.O.I and Gugudan. Sejeong placed second on the Mnet survival show Produce 101, earning her a spot in the project group I.O.I. She also belonged to Gugudan SeMiNa, a spin-off group from Gugudan. As an actress, Sejeong gained widespread acclaim for her role as Shin Ha-ri in the 2022 SBS romantic comedy Business Proposal.
